The automatic sealing machine for insulating glass is a kind of equipment specially designed for insulating glass production. （1）設備安裝調試后應具備以下功能：

檢查各部件是否完好

清洗機器內部

檢查電源是否符合要求
Check whether the power supply meets the requirements
連接好所有線路
Connect all lines
打開水氣閥
Open the water vapor valve
按下總開關
Press the main switch
接通電源
turn on electricity
啟動電機
Starting motor
打開冷卻水閥門
Open the cooling water valve
檢查電機旋轉方向
Check motor rotation direction
接通壓縮空氣閥門。
Connect the compressed air valve.
調節氣壓至適當位置、按下啟動按鈕、開始工作
Adjust the air pressure to the proper position, press the start button, and start working
1.工作時如發現壓力表指針上升緩慢或下降則說明供氣管路有泄漏現象
1. If the pointer of the pressure gauge rises slowly or drops during operation, it indicates that there is leakage in the air supply pipeline
2.如出現噪音異常情況請立即關閉氣源

3.請勿用手直接接觸氣動元件以免發生燙傷事故
